Amanda Monzón, CPIA, CBIA's Profile and Contact Information

Amanda was born in Knoxville, TN but has lived in Rutledge, TN her entire life.  She graduated from Rutledge High School in 2001 and attended Walter State Community College.  She has also completed the AIMS Society’s Insurance Success Seminars and earned the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation as well as the Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designation from Builders University.

Amanda began her insurance career in 2005 with Gantte Insurance Agency as a receptionist.  She quickly realized her passion for insurance and soon after received her P&C License.   She continued working there as the Personal and Commercial Lines agent where she sold and serviced all policies for the next year.  Amanda Joined Knoxville Insurance Services in January 2020 and her work history and enthusiasm landed her the role of Office Manager and Commercial Lines Manager in 2021.

Amanda is an active member of Buffalo Baptist church.  She is married to Nelson Monzón and they have one daughter, Amelia and a toy Schnauzer Bella.  Amanda enjoys spending her spare time with her family, participating in church activities and traveling.
